From 2011 to 2013 Mr. Freitas served as senior associated of Campos Mello Advogados (Brazilian law firm associated to DLA Piper LLP) concerned with Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions and Restructuring in Brazil. Mr. Freitas also served as visiting attorney of Clifford Chance LLP in Madrid, Spain in 2008. Mr. Freitas holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro and a LL.M. (Master of Laws) degree in Corporate Law from Centro de Estudios Garrigues in Spain.
