From 1987 to 1999, Varoli was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley. Among his responsibilities at Morgan Stanley, he was in charge of Latin American M&A, the US Telecommunications Group, and the US Oil & Gas M&A group. Varoli has an MBA from Georgetown University and a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from McMaster University.

From 2005 to 2007, Klarnet was the CEO of Tradewire Group, a US DMA broker-dealer he founded in 2005. From 2003 to 2005, Klarnet was an Emerging Markets equities and fixed income Portfolio Manager at JPMorgan. From 2001 to 2003, he was in charge of Latam Equity Cash Trading at Goldman Sachs. From 1997 to 2001, Klarnet had a similar role at Morgan Stanley. He started his career at Banco Pactual, where he worked from 1993 to 1997 as a member of the equity distribution group. Klarnet has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Pontifícia Universidade Católica – RJ.

From 2003 to 2006, Benchimol was the head of Private Banking at Banque Safdié (Rio de Janeiro). From 2001 to 2003, Benchimol was the Head of Institutional Sales at Bank of America Asset Management (São Paulo). From 1998 to 2001, he was the vice president of the Institutional and High Net Worth Individuals division at ING Investment Management (São Paulo). Benchimol has a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica (Rio de Janeiro).
