Making the world a better place. It was with this in mind that we created the Francisco Gros Excellence Award as a tribute to Francisco Roberto André Gros, one of the first partners of G5 who left us a very important legacy of commitment to building a more developed and fairer world.

This year, we have reached the sixth edition of the award, which is given to people and institutions that bring in their essence the values that Francis believed in and preached.
Therefore, the 6th Francisco Gros Excellence Award was granted to RenovaBR, an institution that represents respect for democracy, dialogue, differences, and collectivity. RenovaBR acts as a training school for new political leaders, guided by democracy, multipartyism and transparency.
“In order to change the political scenario and create a more developed, equal, and fairer country, we need individuals with more awareness and leaders that are more prepared. This is what RenovaBR does, and because of its efforts, it deserves to be recognized with the Francisco Gros Excellence Award”, said André Benchimol, founding partner of G5 Partners.
“RenovaBR’s actions are currently an important citizenship pillar in a country as plural and complex as Brazil. While stimulating and promoting the technical qualification of our public representatives, it values the dialogue practice in the search for consensus regarding the Country we want to build”, added Levindo Santos, partner of G5.
RenovaBR is currently the largest political training school in Brazil. The institution selects and trains leaders to run for elective positions across the country, at federal, state, and municipal levels. Through the training, these leaders receive qualified knowledge that enable them to transform scenarios and the country’s reality, based on data, evidence, transparency, and extensive dialogues with the population and those who really understand the essential matters for the political field. According to Eduardo Mufarej, founder of RenovaBR, “society needs to regain value for the political class and realize the relevant role it plays in building a Brazil that is fairer and more prosperous. This award is an important recognition of a strategic sector that moves our country. G5 is reference in the Brazilian financial services sector, with the highest standards of excellence, and being chosen by such a prestigious institution is extremely gratifying”
